Today we’d like to introduce you to Jami Nunez.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I spent 15 years in Customer Service Management with the airlines and decided to open up a family operated automotive service business with my husband Steve Nunez in 2016. I am one of the very few woman business owners for an automotive repair shop. But it does make sense because most drivers are women and would prefer to deal with a woman professional in the automotive repair field.
Has it been a smooth road?
We are a startup business, only 10 months in business thus far. It’s been a slow growth process due to a very competitive industry environment, and it takes time for people to get to know us.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Honest-1 Auto Care in West Covina – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Our store offers first class customer service, we have certified trained technicians, we offer a 3 year/36k mile warranty on all our work, there is a shuttle available to drop you off at work of home, and we have a very nice comfortable customer lobby with free Wi-Fi, big screen TV, gourmet coffee, and a kids play area.
We our woman owned business. We are the best alternative to a dealer. We offer an eco-friendly environment.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
